What makes this coffee special?

Katia is a great example of one of Summit’s relationship coffees. In 2019, Summit went to visit Katia in Copan, Honduras learning more about the farming process.

Katia is one of three single-farmer coffee relationships that Summit has maintained for at least 5 years (along with Jairo Quiñones and Maria Julia Pleitez)

Katia Duke is a woman producer and has had experience roasting coffee and running a cafe as well!
