Campers will learn how to make homemade goodies from cakes and muffins to scones and biscuits. They will research, develop and test new recipes; learn how to use kitchen tools and equipment; work together as a team to plan and prepare for the final day of camp when they will open a pop-up bakery at the Outpost. This will involve creating a menu, baking, setting prices, deciding on a business name, and making signage and more. Friends, family and community folks will be invited to the pop-up bakery on the last day of camp.

Location: Summit Outpost on Davidson College Campus, 120 Patterson Court
Fees include all supplies, food costs and a camp apron.
All camps include outdoor time and a snack.
A maximum of 12 kids per camp.
