Cooking in Season
Campers will prepare and cook using farm fresh ingredients inspired by the Davidson Farmers Market; spend a day on The Farm at Davidson College – harvesting tomatoes, potatoes and more; learn how to use basic kitchen tools and equipment; research recipes and create menus; learn how to preserve in-season goods; and prepare a local feast to share with family and friends on the last day of camp.

Location: Summit Outpost on Davidson College Campus, 120 Patterson Court
- Fees include all supplies, food costs and a camp apron.
- All camps include outdoor time and a snack.
