While the first class is a great base for proper technique and extraction, this two-hour class focuses on thinking outside-the-box with your espresso. How differently does a dry-processed Ethiopian extract when compared to our Basecamp? How does the coffee change when your extraction ratio jumps from 1:2 to 1:3? This class explores the wild world of espresso — join us for a sensory adventure.

We are available to teach this class in both Cornelius (at our roastery) and Asheville (at our cafe) during the following times:
