The Details: We recognize you probably brew coffee at home. And while you may not be able to replicate the cafe experience in your kitchen, we want your coffee to be as good as possible. This 2-hour class is taught either as one-on-one or two-on-one instruction, with a hands on curriculum based around your brewing method of choice.
Chemex? Aeropress? V60? Mr.Coffee? Whatever your equipment, this class will help you understand the fundamental science of coffee brewing, and give you practical instruction on how to make your at home coffee experience great.

We are available to teach this class in both Cornelius (at our roastery) and Asheville (at our cafe) during the following times:

During this two-hour class, our expert education staff will meet you where your milk steaming skills are -- beginner to expert -- and take you to the next level. If you've got the basics down and want to learn how to pour tulips and rosettas, let us show you how.
This two-hour, hands on education will walk you through the physics of the espresso machine, alongside a sensory rollercoaster of extraction. Prepare to taste bad coffee ... and then walk away from the class knowing how to make good espresso.
Just when you got comfortable making Good Espresso, it's time to make Better Espresso. While the first class is a great base for proper technique and extraction, this class focuses on thinking outside-the-box with your espresso.
