12-ounce valve bag | We’re thrilled to welcome back this washed Guatemalan, with notes of lemon and peach in the cup and a smooth, chocolate-like finish.

Summit is thrilled to welcome back Ceiba into our lineup for the second straight harvest. Sourced in partnership with Ally Coffee, Ceiba is a versatile coffee that we use in two blends — Kilimanjaro and Pitch Black — but also roast lighter for a single-origin profile. This washed coffee from Huehuetenango, Guatemala, has roots in the country’s history. In early Mayan and Mesoamerican cultures, the Ceiba symbolized the connection between land and sky. The Ceiba lot from Huehuetenango is a community coffee, investing in sustainable sourcing to benefit a large group of producers. The cup profile boasts a rich floral and berry aroma and is full of chocolate, lemon, and raspberry, with a creamy body thanks to the specific Huehuetenango terroir.
